Inconel 601
Features: Inconel 601, an alloy.Have excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature, good carbonization resistance, good resistance to oxidation sulfur atmosphere, at room temperature and has good mechanical properties at high temperature as good resistance to stress corrosion cracking performance due to control the carbon content and grain size, 601 had a higher creep rupture strength, therefore it is recommended to use in the field of above 500 ºC, 601
Applications:
- Trays, baskets and fixtures used in various heat treatments such as carburizing and carbon nitriding.
- Refractory anchors, strand annealing and radiant tubes, high velocity gas burners, wire mesh belts etc.
- Insulating cans in ammonia reformers and catalyst support grids used in nitric acid production.
- Thermal reactors in exhaust system of petrol engines.
- Fabricated combustion chambers.
- Tube supports and ash trays in the power generation industry.
